Correct operation of the gas gauge:

    2Calibration standard parts: If the reading is found to be abnormally unstable in use, and the measured value is large, it may be that the standard parts are not corrected, and the standard parts can work normally after correction.
    3Safe electricity: In order to ensure the normal operation of the gas meter and ensure personal safety, pay attention to the power grounding wire must be grounded, and the power must be cut off before unplugging the power connection plug and opening the shell.
    4Adjust the air pressure: ensure that the air pressure is in0.3~0.7Mpa, usually the pressure is set to0.50MPa. If the air source pressure is less than0.40MPaIts readings will be unstable.
    5Configure the air filter: The air source stage needs to be configured with an air filter.
    6Insufficient power processing: When adjusting the power, if the power knob has been adjusted to the upper limit after the power is still insufficient, it may be that the initial working gap of the probe is too large, you can change to a higher range, if this method is still not available, then the probe will be replaced.
    7Locking power twist: After the power adjustment, be sure to lock the screw to lock the power twist, otherwise it will reduce the stability of the instrument.8Maintenance probe: The gas probe is a loss product, so it needs to be replaced regularly to ensure the measurement accuracy, and regular maintenance is required to apply anti-rust oil.
